What is Double Warranty?
For all qualifying purchases you make while your account is active, the U.S. manufacturer's warranty will be doubled up to one full year. All of the protection and conditions of the original warranty will be honored during the extended protection period. Purchases must be made with a registered credit card to be covered, and you must have an active account to make a claim. Many retailers will charge $100 or more for similar coverage, but with our Double Warranty benefit, ALL qualifying purchases are covered, saving you hundreds!
What items are covered with Double Warranty?
Most new, non-commercial retail products you purchase with a registered credit card qualify for Double Warranty protection. Qualifying products also need to carry a U.S. manufacturer's written warranty. All conditions and exclusions of the original manufacturer's warranty apply. How do I make a Double Warranty claim?
Simply click on the Double Warranty menu from the navigation bar, and follow the instructions provided. You must have an active account to make a claim. Certain proof of purchase and original warranty information is required.
Is there a limit to how long I have to file a claim?
Yes, the Double Warranty claim must be filed within 45 days of the date of breakdown.
How long until my claim is paid?
Claims may take up to 6 weeks to process, and your accountmust be active at the time the claim is paid.
