Shop through our directory of over 1,000 merchants, and receive cash-back rebates when you pay a shipping charge, up to $500 a year. Or shop through our Premier Merchant Network and get free shipping directly at checkout. Either way, you'll never pay full price for shipping again!
How many merchants does the Insiders-Club have?
We currently have over 1,000 merchants in our merchant directory, and over 15 shopping categories to choose from. Look for the star icon next to our Premier Merchants for instant free shipping at checkout.
What is my "Click History"?
Your click history displays all of the visits to merchants you have made from our site. When a Premier Merchant is selected, this will be indicated by a star in the click history, making it easy to identify.
I clicked on a merchant's site only to find that shipping and handling charges are not free. What gives?
When you make a purchase, you will pay the shipping and handling charges as you normally would. After you complete your order, return to our site to make a rebate claim for cash-back on your shipping charges. If, however, you choose one of our Premier Merchants, you will receive instant free shipping at checkout (certain restrictions may apply, see specific details per Premier Merchant).
Why aren't all of the stores in your directory Premier Merchants?
We are continually updating our merchant directory and will be adding more merchants to the Premier Merchant Network in the coming months. Don't forget, you are still eligible for up to $500 a year in Exclusive Free Shipping Rebates!
Are there any restrictions when shopping through the Premier Merchant Network?
Some Premier Merchants will require a coupon code to redeem free shipping, while others will automatically apply the offer at checkout. Additional restrictions will be listed next to the Premier Merchant listing in the directory. Is there a limit to the number of rebates I can claim per merchant?
Yes, you can claim up to 12 rebates per merchant, per membership year, and up to one rebate per merchant, per day. With over 1,000 merchants in our directory, that's over 10,000 free shipping opportunities!
Is there a limit to how long I have to file a claim?
Yes, claims must be mailed within 30 days of the purchase.
How long until my claim is paid?
Claims may take three to six weeks to process, and you must be an active member at the time the claim is paid.
