| |  | Return Shipping Terms & Conditions | | | | Return Shipping Guarantee Terms and Conditions As long as your account is in good standing, you're eligible to receive Return Shipping Guarantee benefits. For all online purchases you make with a registered credit card, if you need to return the item for any reason, you're entitled to cash back on the shipping charges to return the item. You need to supply us with the original (or a copy of the original) packing slip, as well as the receipt for the return shipping charges. We will only provide Return Shipping reimbursement not covered by the merchant (e.g. if a specific merchant's policy for returns allows for shipping charges to be paid by the merchant, return shipping will not be covered). Insurance coverage for return shipping of the item is not covered. Qualifying Purchases You may purchase the item from any online retailer. An online retailer is a business selling consumer goods to the general public on a regular basis via the Internet. This does not include membership organizations, charities, subsidized businesses, or subscription rental programs. Making Claims To make a claim, you need to follow the following procedures: - Claims must be made (and documentation postmarked) within 30 days of the date of purchase
- Your account must be active at the time the purchase is made.
- No duplicate claims
- Only one return claim per order is eligible
- Your account must be active when a claim is paid to qualify
- Up to $10 can be claimed per original order; $500 maximum per subscription year
- Up to twelve claims per retailer per subscription year are allowed
- Only one claim per retailer per day is allowed
- Two items must be sent to the address indicated:
1) The packing slip sent by the merchant (or a copy of the original) reflecting the price, item, manufacturer, model numbers, credit card used, retailer information, sale and shipping dates, and return shipping information. 2) Shipping receipt for the return shipment reflecting the date, shipping destination, and price paid. USPS receipts that indicate the destination zip code are acceptable (NOTE: If a return label is provided by the merchant, and the return shipping fee is deducted from your credit, please provide a copy of your statement showing the credit amount less the return shipping fee). - Complete the claim form on this website with the documentation listed above, and send to the address indicated.
- You will receive your reimbursement as soon as possible, but please allow up to 6 weeks for processing.
