What is Free Shipping?

Free Shipping is an offer from a retailer to send your purchase to you for free. It’s not included with every purchase from every retailer.

Getting free shipping when you make an online purchase makes shopping in the comfort of your home or on the go that much sweeter. FreeShipping.com combines free shipping with10% cash back, instant coupons, free return shipping, and price protection to make online shopping worth it. After all, if you’re going to wait for your package instead of going to the store and walking out with it, you want to save some money, too.

What is Free Shipping, and how does it work?

Many retailers offer free shipping now to encourage more shoppers to purchase online, so if you make a purchase at that retailer, that’s one less thing to worry about. As a FreeShipping.com member, you can make a purchase at a retailer that doesn’t offer free shipping, then come back to FreeShipping.com to submit a shipping rebate claim to get up to $10 of that shipping charge back. It's that easy.

But if a retailer already offers Free Shipping, what do I get then?

Any time you shop through FreeShipping.com at over 1,000 top retailers, like Walmart, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Target, and more, you can upgrade your delivery speed if free standard shipping comes with your purchase. Just like a normal free shipping rebate, you’ll be covered up to $10 of that expedited shipping fee.

Having free shipping means never having to worry about only shopping on sites that always offer free shipping or having to buy more than you need just so your order qualifies for free shipping.

How do I know if I qualify for Free Shipping?

All FreeShipping.com members qualify for free shipping when shopping at any of retailers on FreeShipping.com. FreeShipping.com also gives members free return shipping on purchases made through FreeShipping.com and elsewhere. If you have to pay to ship something back, just submit a claim to get a return shipping rebate of up to $10.
