What is Price Protection?

Price protection gives you the confidence of knowing that even if something goes on sale after you’ve purchased it, you can get some money back for the difference and say you got the best price.

Price protection through FreeShipping.com is simple. As a member, if you make any online purchase and then find a lower price for the identical item, whether online or even offline, within 90 days of the original purchase, you're eligible for reimbursement of the price difference up to $100 per item.

How does Price Protection work?

To receive your price protection reimbursement, you'll need to complete and submit a claim via the form found under the "Rebates" tab on the FreeShipping.com site. Fill out the form and send the required documentation to either the email address or postal address provided.

Required documentation includes a sales receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation for the original purchase, plus information for the lower-priced item. Information for the lower-priced item can be a valid advertisement or a printed copy of the web page with required information. Complete details about reimbursement documentation can be found in our Terms of Service.

What's a Qualifying Purchase?

Most of your new, online retail purchases qualify for price protection. Qualifying purchases must have been paid in U.S. dollars, and the comparison product must be the exact same as the product purchased and priced in U.S. dollars. Please review the FreeShipping.com Terms of Service for a comprehensive list of covered items as well as exclusions.
