What do I need to send with my Shipping Rebate claims?

Once you complete and submit a rebate under the “Rebates” tab on our website, just send us documentation of your shipping charge, which could be your order confirmation email, the original sales receipt, or the packing slip. With every email, please be sure to include your claim number in the subject line. You can also send your documentation via regular mail to:
