Once you complete and submit a rebate under the “Rebates” tab on our website, just send us documentation of your delivery and service charges, (for example, a sales receipt, confirmation page or your order confirmation email.) Your receipt must include the order date, order total, delivery fee and service fee. With every email, please be sure to include your claim number in the subject line.
