Why was my food delivery rebate declined?

In order to approve your rebates, our team needs sufficient information to verify the purchase.

To be eligible for a food delivery rebate, you must make your purchase through our network of food delivery service providers and provide our team with a receipt or a complete order confirmation screenshot/email.

The order confirmation you provide must include the service provider name, order date, order total, delivery fee and service fee.

Please note, FreeShipping.com will not reimburse fees that have already been waived by an external membership such as Uber One or Grubhub+. We will also not reimburse fees associated with taxes and tips.

Rebates may also be declined due to restrictions found in our Terms.
