How does Price Protection Work?

Price protection gives you the confidence of knowing that if you find a lower price for the same item you you’ve already purchased, you can get some money back for the difference and say you got the best price.

Price protection through is simple. As a member, if you make any online purchase from a network merchant and then find a lower price for the identical item, whether online or even offline, within 90 days of the original purchase, you're eligible for reimbursement of the price difference up to $100 per item and up to $1,000 total per membership year.

To receive your price protection reimbursement, you'll need to complete and submit a claim via the rebates form. Fill out the form and send the required documentation to either the email address or postal address provided.

Required documentation includes a sales receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation for the original purchase, plus information for the lower-priced item, such as a valid advertisement or a printed copy of the web page with required information.
