To approve your rebates, our team needs adequate information to verify the purchase.
Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates
We require a complete screenshot of your order confirmation with the store name, order number, order date, shipping fees and order total visible.
For return shipping rebates, you are also required to upload or send the order confirmation of the original purchase you are returning.
Other fees such as taxes and service fees are not eligible for rebate reimbursement.
Price Protection Rebates
We require a screenshot of the exact item listed at a lower price by a legitimate seller in addition to a complete screenshot of your original purchase.
Additionally, items sold by eBay, Daily Deal Sites (such as Groupon), or individual or third-party sellers are not eligible for price protection.
Price protection does not cover differences in price due to shipping, taxes or coupons.
Food Delivery Rebates
To be eligible for a food delivery rebate, you must make your purchase through our network of food delivery service providers and provide a receipt or a complete order confirmation screenshot/email.
The order confirmation you provide must include the service provider name, order date, order total, delivery fee and service fee.
Please note, FreeShipping.com will not reimburse fees that have already been waived by an external membership such as Uber One or Grubhub+. We will also not reimburse fees associated with taxes and tips.
Other fees such as taxes and service fees are not eligible for rebate reimbursement.
Rebates may also be declined due to restrictions found in our Terms.
