Why Haven’t I Received My Introductory Offer?

If you are eligible for an Introductory Offer and have completed the claim process but haven't received your Introductory Offer, a few things could have happened:

1. It usually takes 3-6 weeks for your Introductory Offer claim to process before we're able to send you a payout. If your claim was submitted less than 6 weeks ago, please allow more time for your claim to finish processing.
2. You must claim your Introductory Offer within 30 days of joining FreeShipping.com. Unfortunately, you won't be able to claim your Offer if more than 30 days have passed since you joined.
3. After entering your purchase information during the claim process, you must email your proof of purchase to [email protected]. If you enter your purchase information but do not send your proof of purchase, we won't be able to process your claim and send you a payout.
