How FREESHIPPING.COM Shows Up on Your Debit or Credit Card Statement
As a FreeShipping.com member, you likely joined the program in one of two ways:
- You visited FreeShipping.com and signed up for the program; or
- You accepted an invitation to try FreeShipping.com after making a purchase at one of our partners’ sites.
Regardless of how you signed up, you likely entered into a trial period and received and an introductory offer (for example, a shipping rebate of up to $10 on your purchase at the partner’s site, or an extra $10 cash back on your first FreeShipping.com purchase). You can claim your introductory offer even if you cancel your membership before the conclusion of the trial period.
If you don’t cancel your FreeShipping.com membership, you’ll see a monthly membership charge, billed to the debit or credit card you registered when signing up.
The vast majority of FreeShipping.com members sign up for the program on a monthly basis. However, some members join on an annual basis. Those members will only see the “FREESHIPPING.COM” billing descriptor once a year, when it comes time to renew their annual memberships.
